Swinerton Builders Colorado has announced that is has begun the design and construction of the Regional Transportation District (RTD) Wadsworth Boulevard Parking Structure which is located in Lakewood, Colorado.
The parking structure covers an area of 1,000 spaces and four stories and will cater to riders in the RTD FasTracks West Corridor light rail system and the current RTD bus system. The designing team consists of structural engineer S.A. Miro, M/E/P/F engineer BCER Engineering and Parking Design Parking Consultants. The project is expected to be completed by May 2013.
Swinerton has established partnerships with many local companies such as Civil Technology Inc, Three Sixty Design, GeoCal, HCL Engineering & Surveying, Interactive Elements Incorporated, Sky-to-Ground and Pinyon Environment Engineering Resources.
