The assets of Alouette Homes have now been procured by Bonneville Homes. The co-presidents of Bonneville Homes, Dany and Éric Bonneville, had declared the acquisition. Alouette Homes is a private firm renowned for creating factory-built homes for the past four decades.
As per the terms of the agreement, the manufacturing plant in Sainte-Anne-de-la-Rochelle and the Alouette model home site in Saint-Alphonse-de-Granby will be acquired by Bonneville.
According to the co-president, Dany Bonneville, the production facilities will be expanded thereby upgrading the growth program, following the acquisition. Recently, the firm unveiled its six new sales offices in Quebec and Ontario that complement the firm’s other milestones including its achievement of 50 successful years of service and launch of advanced Design Center and Natur series. Furthermore, the company anticipates witnessing two-fold increase in production over the next three years, besides increasing job opportunities in the Granby area and furnishing the demand for factory-built homes.
Alouette Homes is a family-run organization, established in 1971. It is the second-oldest manufacturer of prefabricated homes in Quebec and has constructed over 20,000 homes. Located close to Granby and proximal to Bonneville's Beloeil-based facilities, Alouette Homes promotes Bonneville's objectives and values to its customers and workers.
Bonneville Homes were founded in 1961 and is a fourth-generation family-run business. With revolutionary construction techniques and advanced designs, the firm intends to construct several custom prefabricated homes. With over 300 employees, the firm has built 35,000 homes so far and serves its customers across the U.S, Canada, and globally.
