The construction of new homes at Walnut Creek has been initiated by Bonterra Builders. This Lancaster County community was previously known as Edenmoor.
The president of Bonterra Builders, Darren Sutton says that new home construction in Walnut Creek is currently being undertaken. With support from the new developer, this community has regained its premier position in the neighborhood’s residential communities.
Recently, Bonterra recommenced new home building is a representation of Walnut Creek transformation’s latest achievement. Following the completion of Edenmoor Land Acquisition (ELA) property, the community has experienced a wide range of developments. The land and building for Lancaster County EMS Station No. 8 were contributed by ELA to the county in December, which is complementary to stabilizing the community and improving the roads. At the inauguration of EMS station, ‘Walnut Creek’ the community’s new name was declared.
The managing partner of LStar, ELA’s subsidiary, Kyle Corkum says that significant improvements to the Walnut Creek neighborhood will soon be accomplished. It has already gained popularity among the builders. Bonterra is the first builder to come back to this community, and additional builders will be selected to comply with high architectural and design standards.
Bonterra has initiated the construction of three homes. According to a forecast by ELA, multiple builders will construct over 25 new homes in Walnut Creek within two months.
