Davidson Communities will open its Miraval community at Torrey Highlands by next month. It will be located north of San Diego’s SR 56 corridor at Carmel Valley Road and Caminito Vistana where the construction activity is currently going on.
A renowned homebuilder from Del Mar will construct Miraval’s model home complex, the first phase of seven new homes and a gated entry with water feature. The Carmel Valley Road will be extended from two to four lanes by Davidson. Furthermore, excellent new landscaping installation and a trail connection will also be provided.
The Miraval facility of Davidson features 41 four- to six-bedroom, single-family separate homes on lots that approximately measure 5,000 sq. ft.
The President of Davidson Communities, Bill Davidson said that Miraval was designed to complement the lifestyle of dynamic residents who are always engaged with activities and hence the new facility is located proximal to the acclaimed schools like Cathedral Catholic High School and Westview High School.
The three floor plans of Miraval were designed by William Hezmalhalch Architects. It ranges from 2,793 - 3,287 sq. ft. and also includes 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, a two-car garage and four to six bedrooms. A teen loft, walk-in kitchen pantry, a downstairs bedroom with a full bath and a spacious flex space are some of the significant features. Design Line Interiors from Del Mar will provide interior design for Miraval’s model home complex.
Established since 1978, Davidson has been providing quality construction services. Based in Del Mar, California, the firm presents high-quality homes of exquisite architectural features for California customers.
