Ryan Homes Unveils Cedar Chase, Single-Family Home Community in Clinton, MD

NVR, a company related to mortgage banking and homebuilding services, has declared the initiation of building new single family homes at Cedar Chase in Clinton, MD. Cedar Chase, constructed by NVR's Ryan Homes division is a community with remarkable home sites in a serene DC suburban location.

The significant features of Cedar Chase community include a spacious 1/2-ac wooded home site, an excellent site for locomotion. Cedar Chase is located proximal to the Capital Beltway in Prince Georges County, and convenient to routes 4 and 5, tourist sites like the National Harbor, Andrews Air Force Base. It also facilitates easy access to shopping, dining and entertainment and to several other places within the Nation's Capital.

The new Ryan Homes at Cedar Chase features five bedrooms with five full baths, including two-car garages with additional option for three cars. Some of the additional features include sunrooms, media rooms, morning rooms, side-entry garages, first-floor bedrooms, hardwood flooring, and designer lighting fixtures with many other unique options.

Similar to all other new Ryan Homes, the Cedar Chase buildings have also been labeled with ENERGY STAR. According to EPA, it generates monthly utility bills up to 30% lower than standard homes and regular inspection is carried out for the building, independently by a third-party inspector.

NVR manages two business segments such as mortgage banking and homebuilding. The homebuilding unit constructs and retails homes under trade names such as the Fox Ridge Homes, Ryan Homes, Rymarc Homes and NVHomes, that operates in 15 states, and in 27 metropolitan areas.
