Liberty Roofing Center has sold its Troy, Ohio branch to Richards Building Supply located in Chicago. The terms of the contract have been decided and the deal will come to a conclusion on December 31 of this year.
Liberty Roofing President, David Domino says that both the companies have been benefited by this contract. Following this agreement, Liberty will concentrate more on its geographic base in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. The company also intends to create new openings for the employees at its Troy branch with a vision to have a strong, solid foundation, thereby developing its business successfully like the Richards.
Richards expresses its focus to operate the branch seamlessly, under its proprietorship at the same venue, and is concerned in holding the staff back in its location.
According to the President of Richards Building Supply John DeRoche, the company is being supplemented with an additional quality distribution center to its developing organization.
Located in Pittsburgh area, Liberty Roofing Center is a wholesale supplier of roofing and siding products. Started in 2005, Liberty Roofing is branched into seven offices in New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
Established in 1978, Richards currently has 38 locations in nine states, all through the Midwestern United States. Richards Building Supply, head-quartered at Chicagoland area is a wholesale distributor of building materials.
