Lifetime Developments and INK Entertainment have engaged Kravitz Design headed by Lenny Kravitz to visualize a special floor for the eagerly-awaited BISHA Hotel and Residences. This personalized space will be enthused by the travels, art and music of Lenny Kravitz.
BISHA with 41 storeys features an absolutely new standard of well-designed exclusive residences and boutique hotel ambiance. BISHA is the accomplishment of Charles Khabouth, industrialist and CEO of Ink Entertainment and Mel Pearl and Sam Herzog, Principals of Lifetime Developments to create excellence in music, design, and cuisine to the urban and culturally-savvy trendsetters.
Pearl, Kravitz and Khabouth will team up together in deciding the design by putting together their collective ideas of all things that are opulent, trendy and fascinating. Using fine materials and luxurious furnishings, the Kravitz floor will highlight the allure and grace of BISHA's notion of design, which is a different kind of living that is both exclusive and creatively envisaged.
BISHA with more than 30,000 sq ft will offer refined food and beverage service, in-house entertainment, modern amenities and personal services. The 332 condominium suites will be situated on floors 10 to 39 in sizes ranging from 379 - 2,500 sq. ft. to realize an enduring appeal. The 100 hotel rooms will offer a breathtaking view involving subtle leather, rich granite, sheer lace, etched glass, brilliant chrome, sumptuous marble and solid brass sharing in the imaginative backdrop to attract the elite as well as the native trailblazers alike. Visitors can enjoy two bars and restaurants, a 7,000 sq ft rooftop patio, a 24-hour café and an infinity pool opening out to the city.
