NVR, one of the top home building and mortgage firms, has declared the start of new cul-de-sac and parkside home sites suitable for single-family homes.
The new construction site is at the Waterford Landing in Fairborn. The Ryan Homes division of NVR will be doing the construction of the single family homes.
Waterford Landing had announced the allocation of the new section of spacious cul-de-sac home sites and also sites for trees at the 190 A Oakes Quarry Park on 10 October. The location of the site in Waterford Landing is close to Route 235 and I-675 for commutation and the Fairfield Mall is also close by. The construction site is close to the Wright Patterson Air Force base as well. The community however is set in a relaxed atmosphere much like a country side with three ponds in the vicinity, trees and open green space. The pricing is also affordable and Waterford Landing offers low property taxes for the buyers. The construction plan for the new site consists of eight inviting floor plans having a maximum provision for five bedrooms, three and half baths, two car-garages, sodded side and front yards, beaded siding, brick frontage and lamp posts. Additionally the buyers are provided with finished basements, media rooms, three car-garages and other designer options with additional charges. Like all Ryan Homes the homes that will be constructed are also completely ENERGY STAR-compliant offering a 30% saving and they also come with a ten year structural warranty. The inspection of the homes is done by a third party vendor.
