Ambrico Collaborates with GreenGuard for Distribution of Energy Efficient Construction Materials

Ambrico and GreenGuard have entered into a partnership for distribution of energy efficient building materials from GreenGuard. The partnership makes Ambrico a distributor for energy efficient construction materials that includes the DC14 Drainage Mat from GreenGuard.

The new partnership will benefit Ambrico’s customers by providing them access to the high-quality energy efficient materials from GreenGuard, which can be used for building commercial and residential projects.

The manufacturing materials that are used for making these products make them suitable for use in building outdoor products. For example, the Drainage Mat from GreenGuard when combined with thin brick products from Ambrico helps in prevention of moisture retention and mold formation. The Drainage Mat was designed keeping in mind water management principles for use with thin brick and other siding products. When the Drainage Mat is used on thick brick veneer or with Faux brick products from Ambrico, it facilitates effective drainage on both sides. This drainage helps in providing a good amount of air flow on both sides so that the walls are maintained in a dry state. The Drainage Mat is made of extruded polystyrene (XPS), this material does not allow the mat to absorb moisture and is not consumed by mold. The Drainage Mat is also suitable for use with stone and stucco constructions. The customers of Ambrico products are now provided access to view samples of popular Ambrico products.
