The University of Manchester and Bruntwood have partnered to construct a multimillion pound project at Manchester Business School (MBS).
The value of this project is £60 million. A new hotel, managerial education centre and a conference location will be built in the Oxford Road Corridor.
This construction project will include many stages and has been planned to start the next year. Major facilities will be offered by this new project to the Manchester Business School to support its increasing academic population.
During phase I, the project will develop a new high-end four star hotel with a conference centre, which will be a base for many foreign visitors of this business school. The phase II and III will offer new homes for the administrative and teaching of the Executive Education offering and the MBA program of the School. A learning and resource centre will be built at the final stage.
There is a considerable increase in the number of international and domestic students in the Manchester Business School, because it has built on its eminence of providing some of the best MBA, Masters and management degree program in the world.
Bruntwoods’ Director of Special Projects has said that he is elated for being chosen by the University of Manchester to redevelop its Business School and is expecting to work with MBS and the University of Manchester to offer an outstanding facility at the center of the Corridor.
