Boyuan Construction has begun construction of a residential development project.
The location of this project is in Weifang, in Shandong Province, which is one of the key markets of the company. The area of this residential project is 78,000 sq. m totally and the value of this project is US$12.6 million.
The Chairman of Boyuan Construction, Mr. Cai Liang Shou, has stated that as the expansion of the tier two cities in China continues to be strong, there is an increased requirement for the engineering and construction services in all the core markets of the company. This project in Shandong Province has shown the company’s capability to make use of the prospects available in its already established core markets.
The company is expecting to complete this fresh project during the fourth quarter of 2012.
Weifang city is situated in Shandong Province, which is one of the most efficient diversified provinces in China. This province focuses mainly on manufacturing and production activities of oil and gas.
The company has entered into Shandong Province during September 2009 and has expanded several commercial and residential projects in that Province. Boyuan has included this Shandong Province into its core markets along with Hainan Province and the Yangtze River delta.
