Every housing unit has a balcony or a private patio and two underground parking spaces fitted with electric vehicle charging facility. The built-in energy conserving features in each unit include WaterSense labeled faucets and toilets, efficient windows; ENERGY STAR rated lighting and appliances and tank-less water heaters. Each house will be equipped with an energy monitoring system to enable the home owners to track their energy usage using the internet or web-enabled mobile phone.

Primera Terra is a division of Playa Vista, an existing master-plan community with pedestrian friendly environment. The community is located within one mile distance from schools, offices, restaurants, shops and beach. A private community area with spa and pool is located close to Primera Terra and it is linked to a network of cycling and walking ways available all over Playa Vista.
