Hathaway Construction Services (HCS) has publicized the conclusion of the Tallahassee Student Housing Project, possessed by my Chance Partners comprising Vue and Paces, the two new communities and second stage of The Avenues.
The project completed at a cost of $4.2M includes 53,000 sqft area, more than 100 beds, 30 units and 8 buildings. All the constructions were completed in a short duration of within 120 days. The company has completed all the requirements of the project to enable the students to occupy their places.
The Tallahassee Student Housing project is situated just two blocks away from the FSU campus located in the Southgate District of Tallahassee. The Avenue II built with an inspired design of New Orleans is a three building construction with 36 beds. Vue is a modern neighborhood comprising three buildings with a total of 36 beds and boasts a high ceiling construction with oversized balconies. Paces has 43 beds and 12 units underscored by rooftop terraces, bigger sized balconies and a ground floor located city market.
