The San Leandro Nissan dealership situated at 1152, Marina Boulevard will undergo broad construction changes. The exteriors of the building will be highlighted by aluminum panels, thus producing a performance driven and modern image, a trademark of the dealerships of Nissan. The company will also refurbish the interior of the building by introducing a clean unsullied look to its sales area and the showroom.

The company will also introduce building improvements in Kia and Hyundai showrooms situated at 1066 Marina Boulevard and to the service center to provide support to both the dealerships. The company will perform superficial upgrades to the sales counters and to the exterior of the buildings at Kia and Hyundai locations, thus making the already attractive locations more eye-catching.

The service center, which presently offers repair and maintenance services to the clients of the Auto Center and to the normal public, will also get repaired to introduce a brighter ambiance to match the reputation of Marina Square Auto Center and to offer a pleasant experience to the clients.
