KB Home, a home building company from America, has declared the opening of a new residential district known as Awesometown’ in Valencia, California.
The Milan at WestHills community from KB Home is the first ever housing community to provide solar power systems as a normal feature in its new home constructions.
Valencia, California where KB Home has opened its latest community is located in Southern California, which continues to be a division of the greater Los Angeles, which is considered as the most attractive location providing a number of amenities and job opportunities to its residents. The opening of the new home inf Milan at West Hills further increases the efforts of the company to include solar systems as a normal feature in its number of upcoming homes. The new construction is the ninth community for KB Home in Southern California and its third project in the Santa Clarita Valley.
