Marshall Hotels & Resorts, a hotel management and services company located in Maryland, declared that it has included four new properties in its portfolio of management.
The properties are located in Charlottesville, Va, Long Island City, N.Y, Long Neck, Del, and Stroudsburg, Pa.
The Pocono Inne Town Magnuson Hotel, in Stroudsburg, Pa, happens to be the only hotel in the downtown area of the city where over 20 eateries lie close to the hotel. The hotel, capable of accommodating around 350 guests has five meeting rooms, and four onsite restaurant facilities. It also has a hideaway lounge, casual dining, Irish pub and a sports pub. The hotel offers free continental breakfast and access to wireless internet. Marshall has plans to renovate the hotel with an investment of around $2 million.
Four Points by Sheraton Long Island City/Queensboro Bridge is placed in Long Island City, New York close to the Museum of Modern Art and Statue of Liberty offering a birds-eye-view of the Manhattan skyline. The property includes a fitness facility, 24-hour business center and Michael’s Café and Bar. The guest rooms are provided with Sheraton Four Comfort Bed, free high speed wireless internet facility, work desk and a flat screen high definition 38” television.
The Sea Esta Motels situated on the beach in Dewey Beach, Del is actually a four-motel complex. The motel complexes have double bed rooms with facilities such as microwave and refrigerator and everyday maid service.
The Econo Lodge University Arena located in Charlottesville, VA, lies close and walking distance from the University of Virginia, John Paul Jones Arena and University Hospital. The hotel offers free high speed internet access, free continental breakfast, exterior corridors and a seasonal pool.
