The community construction includes 66 one bedroom and 42 two-bedroom units spread out in four three-storeyed garden-style walk-up constructions. Each unit will incorporate washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, wood laminate flooring and granite countertops. The luxurious facilities offered to the communities include a rooftop terrace, swimming pool, a fitness center equipped with cardio equipment, electronic gaming facilities, and a modern club equipped with Wi-Fi.

The first of the units will be ready and offered in May 2012 and all the other units are anticipated to be ready in October 2012 when the construction is completed. The land property where the construction is proposed measures around four acres and one of the sellers has kept back 12,000 ft ² for retail development in future.

Architect Van Tilburg, Banvard, Soderbergh has provided the design for the gated community and WP West Builders will provide the general contracting services.

According to Brian Hansen, Director of Development for Southern California in Wood Partners, North San Diego County, has not seen much of real estate improvement and construction of new apartments in the last four or five years. He explained that the San Marcos location with its job and transport facilities, strong economy, and a good number of educational institutions provides excellent opportunities for the living of upper-end communities.
