Lennar Homes and Solar Community have recently introduced a new Everything’s Included Home concept to the Woodlands Creekside Park and Glen Abbey communities in Houston. The two communities will have solar installations included in the home construction.

The Glen Abbey community provides 11 all included single-family house designs with either two or three bedroom options over 2,300 square feet of area. The Woodlands Creekside Park provides bigger and luxurious lifestyle constructions with bigger sized rooms in a choice of six designs to select. Both the home collections will include residential solar energy installations.
According to Jeff Wolfe, Solar Community’s VP of Business Development, the company always suggested for including solar installations as an important inclusion in the home building and buying process. He appreciated the commitment of Lennar in including solar facility in the home construction.
Rick Peery, President of Lennar’s Houston Division, stated that the prices of the homes available through Lennar financing make the monthly payments to cost less or same as rental payments. He added that the new Everything’s included Homes’ makes it a buyers market.
