Universal Steel Buildings Announces New Jersey Construction Project

Universal Steel Buildings has declared that it will soon commence the construction of the second building project for Bordentown, NJ-based Waste Management.

METAL BUILDING SHED

The company will design, produce, supply and install a 1,200 sq.ft pre-fabricated Olympia Steel Building to facilitate equipment storing and waste recycling. Waste Management provides integrated ecological solutions for over 20 million clients from commercial, municipal, industrial and residential segments in North America.

Olympia Steel Buildings constructed by Universal Steel Buildings are offered either with weather enduring PBR (Purlin Bearing Rib Panel) roofing or with Zeus-Shield standing seam metal roofing structure. The GSA approved buildings are precision engineered and built professionally to provide a compact building structure to prevent entry of outside air into the building and cut down HVAC spending.

The steel buildings are supplied in 12 energy saving colors to reduce the cooling costs and offer years of guarantee against problems such as blistering, peeling, cracking and chipping. The steel buildings are designed adhering to LEED Green Building standards.
