Dynamic Ventures, a developer of building solutions declared that its fully owned auxiliary company Bundled Builder Solutions has signed a development accord with Annabelle Homes.
CEO of Dynamic Ventures Paul Kalkbrenner, expressed his pleasure to enter into the development accord with Annabelle Homes and stated that in the beginning, Dynamic was anticipating to achieve around $7.5 million as revenue but subsequently they have improved and added extra townhomes and infrastructure projects to bring up the value to $10 million.
He explained that after more than a few rounds of discussions with Annabelle Homes, the scope of the project was further expanded. He expressed his optimism in achieving more profit and good EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) margin.
The company is planning to concentrate its building and development activities close to the cities of the North West quadrant of North Dakota to meet the growing demand for infrastructural and housing services. Currently the state is witnessing more growth in sectors such as drilling operations and pot ash mining.
