GreenHouse declared that its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Life Protection, has received a $151 million accord from Pinnacle Performance Group to provide design, development and construction services for the proposed Carlstrom National Security Training Center in Central Florida. The design and pre-construction stage of the project will start shortly.
The proposed Carlstorm Training Center will include a military-style training center, obstacle-training course, tactical driving course, shooting range and latest computers and technology labs. The training center will be equipped to offer both classroom training and simulated training programs. The proposed facility is anticipated to be completed in a period of three years and when it becomes fully functional will generate more than 250 jobs.
According to Al DiNicola, CEO of Pinnacle Performance Group, the proposed facility will be eco-friendly and will bring in quality trainers and establishments to provide training. It will also create employment opportunities in the local region.
The training facilities will be utilized by the U.S. Navy SEALs, Federal Air Marshall Service, U.S. Marine Corps, Tactical Forces (SWAT and Anti-Terrorism), U.S. Army, Customs Enforcement, U.S. Coast Guard, FEMA, First Responders (Fire, Police, EMS) and Border Patrol.
