Case Construction Launches DV Series Compactors for Asphalt Paving Applications

Case Construction Equipment, manufacturer of articulated trucks, excavators, wheel loaders, skid steers, and other construction equipment, has launched three DV213, DV210 and DV207 double drum compactors for contractors.

The new DV Series compactors are ideal for all asphalt paving applications ranging from coarse asphalt bases to hot-mix surfaces.

Woody Ferrell, global product marketing manager at Case, said that the new compactors are good choice for large-scale paving applications.

The DV207 compactor has an 80 hp (60 kW) engine and a drum width of 57”. The operating weight of the machine is 7,360 kg. The DV210 large asphalt compactor has a 99 hp (74 kW) engine and its operating weight is 10,400 kg. The drum width is 67”. The DV213 machine has a 130 hp (97 kW) engine and the operating weight and drum width are 13,030 kg and 83”, respectively.

The DV213, DV210 and DV207 compactors feature dual drum drive system, automatic vibration control, vibratory system, Cummins diesel engines, 55-gallon fuel tanks and rear-facing halogen lights. In addition, the machines are equipped with corrosion-free, large capacity water tanks. All these features will enable asphalt compactors to offer high performance, reliability and productivity. Case’s DV machine components can be accessed easily and also reduce maintenance time.
