Manitex International is a primary supplier of engineered lifting solutions, which includes boom truck cranes, rough terrain forklifts, container handling equipment and special mission oriented vehicles.
The company is expanding the agreement with Cropac Equipment for the distribution of boom truck cranes. Cropac is a leader in mobile crane dealer serving customers all over North America since 1977 and a main distributor of Manitex since 1988. Alberta and Saskatchewan provinces in Canada are also included in the agreement.
Recently, Cropac Equipment has opened a new branch in Nisku, Alberta, in order to reinforce its presence in a growth area in Canada. Cropac has developed into one of the dealers of Manitex in North America for its total line of boom trucks by means of an expansive client base and a well-built existence in the energy zone. Currently, Cropac will represent Manitex from the east coast of Canada to Alberta. By now, Cropac has got excess of $2.2 million orders, which target this region, which has been included in the former contract from Manitex in the first quarter of 2011.
Cropac being the supplier of Manitex’s boom truck is committed to maintaining the availability of supplies and instant consumer support. Manitex will have an increased market share in western Canada through this new distribution agreement.
