City Capital Corporation (PINKSHEETS: CTCC) today announced that its recently formed subsidiary has completed the acquisition of ERR, LLC. Specializing in commercial, industrial, municipal and solar roofing applications and integration, ERR, LLC continues to service all the solar and roofing needs of the Northeast.

Jeffrey Smuda, Chief Executive Officer of City Capital Corporation, stated, "This second complimentary acquisition of 2011 increases the company footprint in the roofing market in New Jersey and its surrounding states. ERR, LLC expands our base of customers and leverages our entry into the explosive solar energy arena."
