Ulysses' Subsidiary Bags Electrical Contract for Men’s Warehouse Expansion Project

Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corporation (PINKSHEETS: UDHC) announced today that its subsidiary JNS Power & Control Systems, Inc. has been awarded another electrical contract for an existing customer.

The Company's subsidiary JNS Power & Control Systems, Inc. has been awarded a contract to complete work at the Men’s Warehouse distribution center expansion project. The Men’s Warehouse is one of the largest discount retailers of men’s business and formal attire with more than 1,200 stores throughout North America. Our scope of work is to add additional power for their expansion at this facility including 480v power to five new conveyors, new lighting and several power outlet stations.

Jean Howe, President & Chief Executive Officer stated, “Men’s Warehouse is expanding its facility in the Chicago area as this tuxedo center is assuming additional operations from other tuxedo distribution facilities allowing them to effectively manage their tuxedo rental operations. The expected benefit to their fiscal 2011 as a result of these changes would be a reduction in their operating costs of approximately $4 million. We are thrilled that we can be of service to their needs as repeat business with existing clients only builds a stronger relationship for future growth.”
