Sterling Homes Development Corporation, a custom home builder specializing in new home construction and home renovation, today announced that the company will exhibit at the New England Home Show at the Seaport World Trade Center from February 24-27.
Located at Booth #953, Sterling will showcase its work in traditional stick-frame construction, modular construction, and home renovations.
Russell D. Busa, president of Sterling Homes, will be available to meet with prospective clients and answer questions. "Building or renovating a home is a major emotional and financial investment. Our team understands this and we try to make the process as transparent and stress-free for homeowners as possible. The New England Home Show is a great venue to meet homeowners in person, talk about their needs, and explain our approach."
Sterling will also dedicate part of its exhibit to the latest trend in green building – modular construction. A Certified Green Building Professional, Sterling Homes has recently completed several modular homes in towns such as Wellesley, Concord and Weston. Amy Hauser, Sterling Homes marketing director elaborates, "Modular construction is still largely misunderstood in the marketplace, but this is changing. Well-educated homeowners are beginning to realize the benefits of modular construction such as design flexibility, energy efficiency, and shorter construction times." Modular construction is becoming even more relevant as Massachusetts Home Energy Ratings (HERS) continue to get more stringent and energy-efficient home design increases in importance. Visitors to the booth can talk to Sterling's experts, collect helpful materials and watch a video of a modular house setting.
