Hilton Garden Inn® Arlington/Shirlington is proud to announce that it has earned The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver Rating designated by the U.S. Green Building Council to encourage and facilitate the development of more sustainable buildings. This is the first LEED certified hotel in Arlington county.

- Recycling of over 90% of demolition and construction waste
- Daily reduction of 785 gallons of potable water from low flow water systems
