Organized annually by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County and celebrating its 45th year in the Triangle, the Parade of Homes event offers potential home buyers the opportunity to view the latest in floor plans, designs, and technological innovations in homes built by local participating builders. Nearly 200 builder-submitted homes competed in this year’s parade, with homes ranging in price from $120,000 to $1.5 million. All Parade homes were open to the public, as well as viewed by a panel of judges from different builder-related fields across the Southeast. This year’s event took place on Oct. 2-3, Oct. 8-10, and Oct.15-17.
