Classic Homes of Maryland announced today the launch of its new "Craftsman" Series. The innovative new series includes over ten different Arts-and-Crafts-style homes.
The new plans are now available online to view at: http://www.classicmd.net/view-our-models/craftsman-series. Plans range in size from under 3000 sq ft to over 5000 sq ft with prices starting in the low $300Ks.
The announcement of the series comes as home building trends show an increase in Arts-and-Crafts style homes, as brick colonials are becoming less in-demand. Like all works of the Arts-and-Crafts movement, these Craftsman style homes showcase excellent craftsmanship in addition to being actual works of art. Such "2-for-1" qualities make the Craftsman style particularly desirable during these economic times.
The homes come in various elevations with Hardie Shingle fronts, main-level and basement-level 2-3 car garages, front and wrap-around porches, craftsman-style roof lines, large windows, and many other elegant features. Interior accents offer the same open spaces and practical living as most other Classic plans with kitchens open to family rooms, large master suites, morning rooms, and lofts/playrooms on many of the second floors.
