Power Construction Wins New Project from Little Company of Mary Hospital

Little Company of Mary Hospital has selected Chicago-based Power Construction as the general contractor overseeing the construction of the Hospital's 300,000 square-foot replacement patient tower.

Power Construction is an 82-year old management-owned commercial construction company.

The "West Pavilion" replacement patient tower plans include:

  • Private patient rooms with bath
  • Comprehensive Women's Center for Life and Health
  • Pharmacy and Laboratory
  • Energy-efficient Energy Plant
  • Gift shop
  • Hospital Kitchen and Cafeteria

Little Company of Mary has received CON approval from the Illinois Facilities Planning Board to move forward with this Project. The groundbreaking for the new West Pavilion is scheduled for next week.
