The Empty Homes Agency Good Practice Awards scheme recognises organisations and individuals that have made an outstanding and innovative contribution to returning wasted and empty buildings to residential use.

Nominations are now being sought for the 2005 Awards, including categories for ‘Best Housing Association Scheme’ and ‘Environmental Best Practice’.

The awards will provide those selected with national recognition for their role in improving standards of empty property work.

The deadline for submissions is 1 September 2005.
