Planning Application Submitted for Stores Enclave

Since the Second World War, the Stores Enclave at South Yard in Devonport has been in the ownership of the Ministry of Defence and closed to the public for security reasons.

English Partnerships, the national regeneration agency, has taken a major step forward with its plans to create a sustainable, mixed-use community on the 7.3 ha site by submitting an outline planning application to Plymouth City Council.
