dck worldwide and Oakview Construction, Inc announced yesterday that dck acquired Oakview Construction, Inc. through an asset purchase and formed Oakview dck, LLC. This acquisition is a part of dck worldwide’s effort to focus the organization in markets that have significant growth.
Oakview dck unites Oakview’s geographic presence, strong industry reputation, and experience with dck’s strategy to expand its market share into complementary markets. As Oakview dck, the company can continue to be a leader in providing building solutions within their markets and pursue other growth opportunities.
