PSMJ Resources would like to congratulate our long-time client Sparling, on their recent merger in the San Diego market. Building on the strength of their own branch office, Sparling, a firm specializing in electrical engineering, technology consulting, audiovisual consulting, acoustical design and architectural lighting design has merged with ILA Zammit, a firm specializing in mechanical, electrical and lighting design that has been a fixture in Southern California for decades.
