AGR Tools Opens New Distribution Center in Oakland, California

AGR Tools, Inc. ("AGR") (OTCBB-AGRT) through its wholly owned subsidiary, AGR Stone & Tools USA, Inc. ("AGR USA"), is continuing its aggressive distribution growth initiative by adding Oakland, CA as its latest service area.

The company's distribution center is located in Alameda County and is able to service a population of over 1.8 million with an annual diamond tool market estimated at approximately $7 million. The addition of the Oakland, CA territory represents the next step in AGR's North American expansion strategy.

"We now have complete coverage in the Bay Area," stated Rock Rutherford, the CEO of both AGR and AGR USA. "With a presence in San Francisco, San Jose and Oakland, we are well positioned to service the construction industry in Northern California."
