A newly-updated edition of “Housing Facts, Figures and Trends,” a reference report previously published annually by the National Association of Home Builders as a print document, is now available on the NAHB Web site at http://www.nahb.org/reports.

“Housing Facts, Figures and Trends” provides a brief snapshot of various aspects of the housing market including new home starts and sales, average and median home prices, homeownership rates, characteristics of new homes, and more. It will be updated three times a year. The report is produced by NAHB’s Public Affairs staff with the assistance of the Economics staff and provides a wealth of useful information for the media, consumers and members of the housing industry.
