CHEC Bags Contract to Build Phase I of Back Stockyard in Sudan Port

On 16th May 2010, CHEC signed Phase I of back stockyard project of New Container Terminal in Sudan. The contract value amounted to USD48 million with construction period of 24 months.

This is an EPC project and is considered as the first modern back stockyard in Sudan Port. It is mainly composed of heavy container storage yard, refrigerated container storage yard, power station and water drainage system construction.
