ADG to Perform as General Contractor for TSU Solar Project

Evolution Solar (PinkSheets:EVSO) announced today that management has executed a letter of Intent (LOI) with Armstead Development Group Construction, LLC (ADG) to perform as the General Contractor for the solar demonstration project being built at Texas Southern University’s Houston Campus. The solar demonstration site is an opportunity for Evolution Solar to exhibit a functional product. The project location is slated to be an integral part of a new TSU Green Technology Center.

“We reviewed several General Contractors before selecting ADG,” stated Robert Hines, President of EVSO. “They are fully qualified; African-American owned, grounded in the community and have outstanding experience.”

ADG is located in Houston, Texas and has a successful track record in new commercial and residential construction. ADG has performed as a General Contractor on some very large commercial projects in the Houston area. EVSO has also retained ADG for other upcoming projects that are currently under development.

“ADG is pleased to have been selected by EVSO for this prestigious opportunity at TSU,” said Corey Robinson, Partner ADG. “We look forward to completing a quality project for EVSO and TSU.”

The solar demonstration project should help Evolution Solar acquire new projects in a sector that is growing to compete in the energy industry, which contains ConocoPhillips (NYSE:COP), Valero Energy Corp. (NYSE:VLO), Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ:CLNE) and Massey Energy Company (NYSE:MEE).
