Operating Engineers Union Signs Five-Year Contract with National Gypsum

Locals 721 and 721B of the International Union of Operating Engineers have ratified an agreement with National Gypsum Canada Ltd., setting in place a five-year contract for the company’s Milford quarry and its Burnside dock.

“This is certainly good news for the company, our associates and the region,” said Pat C. Mills, plant manager. “The company and its associates have worked together to improve relationships over the past four years, and this contract underscores the strength of that relationship.”
