Eco Global Corporation (OTCBB: ECOG), the owner of a unique construction system patented by the United State Patent Office known as the Incablock Construction System (an interlocking, modular, dry stack, concrete block), has entered into an agreement with the Ruiz de Velasco Family to execute a License in the Guerrero region of Mexico. Eco Global and the Ruiz de Velasco Family have agreed to a 4% royalty to ECO Global. An industrial site of 10 Hectares (24.71 Acres) of land valued at $500,000 US is to be accepted as payment for the license. The Velasco Family also owns a large deposit of Pozzolan in Guerrero. Pozzolan is a principal component, replacing sand, in the manufacture of light weight concrete.
Under the proposed agreement Eco Global will start offering its Eco Green KIT house in the area. The company's newly granted patent in late 2008 received a welcome in the construction industry in Mexico in record time.
Mexico builds an average of 600,000 thousand houses a year and most of their construction is done with concrete block and concrete. The use of regular flat surface block has been the norm for many decades. However, with the introduction of the newly granted patent "Incablock construction system" the construction and development industries will be able to provide high quality products at a lower cost per unit due to their ability to engage unskilled labor by building with Inca Block. The system allows construction at a higher speed and with less qualified labor it can expect a saving that may reach over 15% in the wall system alone. Developers that build by the thousands can benefit substantially from these savings. Additionally the system allows the users to ship an entire house or building in a KIT format, since the modular system allows for each block to be placed on a specific place according to plans. This includes the ability to deliver a block that incorporates an electrical box (e-block), saving a portion of electricians cost since the assembler can place the e-block in a designated place, plus install the tubing for an easy wiring at a later time by the electrician.
