Major Utility to Receive Construction Support from ICF International

ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI) has been awarded a $34.4 million contract from a major utility to support construction of electrical facilities. The work under this agreement is expected to last approximately three years.

Under the terms of the contract, ICF International will conduct biological surveys and provide on-site monitors to help ensure compliance with environmental requirements during the construction period.

“ICF International has a long and successful history working with utilities,” said Lisa Larrabee, senior vice president for ICF International. “Through efforts such as these, ICF is both pleased and proud to help its clients fully address environmental rules and regulations.”

ICF International is a worldwide leader in designing and implementing construction-monitoring programs that assist its clients in achieving full compliance with the often-challenging environmental and regulatory requirements associated with building major infrastructure projects.
