Caraustar Industries, Inc. a recycled packaging company and one of North America's largest integrated manufacturers of converted recycled paperboard products is pleased to announce its entry into an exclusive distribution and agency agreement with Column Form Technology, Inc. ("CFT") of Sun Valley, California. Caraustar will exclusively market and sell CFT's Column Cast System throughout North America.

Caraustar is already an industry leader in the manufacture and sale of KlimatePRO/easy-POUR™ fiber forms through strategically located production facilities throughout the United States and Canada. These superior, environmentally sustainable construction tubes are manufactured using 100% recycled paperboard. They are produced with specially engineered weather-resistant fiber and adhesive that provides users with the ability to complete projects in inclement weather. Adding CFT will complement Caraustar's construction products offering.
