SNC-Lavalin to Support Construction of Plasco's Commercial Facilities

Plasco Energy Group Inc. ("Plasco") of Ottawa announced today that it has selected SNC-Lavalin Inc. (SNC-Lavalin) to provide engineering and professional services to support the design and construction of commercial facilities based on Plasco's proprietary waste to energy Conversion System.

The addition of SNC-Lavalin's world class engineering capabilities, especially in the areas of power generation and industrial facilities, positions Plasco for the development of its first fully commercial plants in Red Deer, Alberta and Ottawa, Ontario and for the delivery of international projects.

"SNC-Lavalin will play a significant role in supporting the commercial design of the Plasco Conversion System," said Plasco Vice-President of Engineering, Marc Bacon. "We are thrilled to secure SNC-Lavalin's expertise and experience as we move forward to full commercialization of our unique process."
