Recycle Tech, Inc., trading under the symbol (OTC Bulletin Board: RCYT) is pleased to announce that it has been acquired by Green Building and Engineering, LLC ("GBEC"), a builder of "green" structures made of recycled materials. GBEC is the only builder of container homes in South Florida. The firm has an over-arching mission to provide beautiful, quality green homes and structures at an affordable price. It uses recycled materials almost exclusively, including: shipping containers, wood, plastic and glass. The firm has assembled a highly experienced and dedicated team of architects, engineers, and contractors to create and assemble these completely green structures.
Recycle Tech, Inc., now will manufacture and deliver premium eco-friendly Container Homes, as well as LEED Certified Green Homes, Communities, Buildings, and City Structures across the world.
