CPFilms Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Solutia Inc. (NYSE: SOA), and the world's leading producer of professional window films for automotive, residential and commercial markets, is pleased to introduce an innovative new film product. The Vista™ Exterior Film Series features a patent-pending, non-stick coating designed to extend product life, delivering longer lasting energy efficiency than traditional exterior film technologies.
Developed as part of CPFilms commitment to enhance its energy products portfolio, these new films answer the growing need for exterior film applications where interior film applications are not practical or technically feasible. The non-stick hardcoat is four times more scratch resistant than traditional Kynar® and is ideal for use when interior glass is inaccessible.
Outstanding Energy Efficiency – The Exterior Film Series rejects up to 83% of solar energy, resulting in lower energy costs and minimizing heat build-up while enhancing a building's exterior appearance.
Long-Lasting Quality – The Exterior Film Series improved hardcoat is an innovative non-stick, scratch resistant coating that extends longevity and makes windows easier to clean, dirt and other pollutants simply wash away with water.
Flexible Use – The Exterior Film Series minimizes heat build-up, allowing for a broader project scope, and was designed specifically for applications where the interior glass is inaccessible or concern about excessive thermal stress exists. Building facades can be updated with a uniform appearance at a fraction of the cost of window replacement.
Exceptional Support – The Exterior Film Series, the first exterior product developed under the Vista brand, is backed by CPFilms' market-leading technology and service as well as a 7-year, factory-backed warranty (certain restrictions and limitations apply; please see your authorized Vista dealer for complete warranty details).
"CPFilms is committed to providing the window film industry's best products, technical expertise and support services," said Dave Kaliser, CPFilms' Director of Product Marketing – Architectural. "These innovative new exterior films offer excellent value through energy savings, ease of maintenance and a patent-pending non-stick coating that prolongs its service life."
