Interserve Adopts BSRIA Maintenance Toolkit

Interserve (Defence) Ltd is implementing the new BSRIA Business-Focused Maintenance Toolkit at Project Armada HMS Drake site in Plymouth.

This new toolkit allows building operators to plan their maintenance schedules based on a logical risk assessment. It provides an easy to follow system to focus maintenance resources on plant items most critical to business continuity.

Graham Joslin, Project Manager at Interserve Defence says "The BFM Toolkit provides us with an extremely simple method to identify where maintenance effort is most needed. Applying this will allow us to securely maintain critical systems and offer excellent value for money to our client."

The Business-Focused Maintenance Toolkit consists of electronic risk assessment forms, generic maintenance schedules and a supporting guide to explain the process. It is available from the BSRIA Bookshop priced £220 + VAT (£180 + VAT to BSRIA Members).
