Vital Products, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VTPI), a multichannel innovator in the industrial packaging sector, announced today that it has completed preliminary discussions with a multi national sealant company.
Vital has been working with this multi national sealant company for the past 6 months and is developing an environmental bio-based "foam in a can." The new product will be used for applications in the residential construction and Do It Yourself markets.
Michael Levine, CEO of Vital products commented that, "Vital has continued to identify new and exciting markets for its Bio Based foam. This new development continues to validate Vital's exciting new Bio science."
The next trial phase will include Vital's Co Packer, to establish costs, production needs, capacity levels and marketing requirements. These trials are expected to take approximately 3 months and upon completion, commercialization will commence.
