Touchstone Wins Contract to Provide Management Support for OEPC Programs

Touchstone Consulting Group (Touchstone) will support two high-impact environmental programs within the Department of Interior’s (DOI) Office of Environmental Policy and Compliance (OEPC) under a new $41,044 contract.

According to the contract, Touchstone will provide program management support and policy development and implementation for two OEPC programs – the Sustainable Buildings Program, which ensures that all DOI buildings meet or exceed federal sustainability guidelines, and the Electronics Stewardship Program, which assesses management of electronic equipment throughout its life cycle, from acquisition to disposal.

OEPC comprises numerous environmental and energy programs, many of which were established to comply with Presidential Executive Order 13423, “Strengthening Federal Environmental, Energy, and Transportation Management,” and Executive Order 13514, “Federal Leadership in Environmental, Energy, and Economic Performance.”

Touchstone’s experienced professionals provide a number of sustainability services. The company has consulted for the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
