Kleinfelder is pleased to announce the acquisition of S E A Consultants Inc., a full-service engineering, architecture and planning firm headquartered in Cambridge, Mass. The transaction closed on November 13, 2009, following a due diligence process, respective board approvals and integration planning involving employees from each firm.

Kleinfelder employs more than 2,000 people in over 60 locations across the nation. S E A will become Kleinfelder/SEA and represent the New England region for Kleinfelder after the transition.
