NationsRent Appointed Sullivan-Palatek Dealership for Texas and Louisiana

NationsRent Companies, Inc. ("NationsRent") announced today that it has been appointed by Sullivan-Palatek as an authorized dealer for its portable air compressor division for the entire states of Texas and Louisiana.

Selected NationsRent stores within each market will serve as stocking dealerships to sell and service the full line of Sullivan-Palatek rotary screw air compressors, along with construction air tools. By entering into this dealership agreement, NationsRent will continue its transition into a full service equipment solutions provider.

As a factory authorized Sullivan dealer offering sales, service, parts, and technical assistance, the Company will provide a more complete choice for its customers while gaining a strong foothold to compete against other air compressor dealerships.

Commenting on the appointment, Jeff Putman, NationsRent CEO, stated, "We plan to continue to grow and expand our sales and service offerings throughout 2005, and the dealership sales model fits nicely into those plans. NationsRent is always on the lookout for quality lines to represent through our stores and we are honored to have been chosen by Sullivan-Palatek."
